Cremation With A Funeral Service

For those that are interested in holding a funeral service prior to cremation you will need many of the products that are included with a cremation service like an urn or cremation keepsakes. Because the funeral service typically takes place before the cremation takes place, you will need a casket to have your loved one rest in during the service.
A casket is an important part of any funeral service. Not only is it used to display the deceased during the funeral service, the casket provides a dignified way to store and move the deceased’s remains. Each of the caskets we offer have been selected by our staff for the beauty, durability, and affordable price. If you are interested in having your loved one’s casket used during the cremation, you may be interested in purchasing a metal free wooden casket.

Many of our cremation caskets are built to replicate a traditional casket and can also be used to display the deceased during a funeral service.
Urn Vault
If your family is interested in having the remains buried after the cremation, an urn vault is required by many cemeteries. The purpose of an urn vault to help protect the urn but more importantly, keep the cemetery safe. After the ground has be disturbed by digging and refilling a grave, it is not as stable as it once was. The urn vault helps secure the ground and prevent it from collapsing when people or machines pass over the grave.

Traditional Funerals

Traditional funerals typical include a burial service instead of a cremation. With this type of service, you will need to purchase a casket and a burial vault to bury your loved one in most cemeteries. Caskets as previously mentioned, serve to hold and transport the remains of the deceased. Caskets come in a selection of different types of wood and metal finishes. A burial vault is quite similar to an urn vault. It serves the same purpose in that it protects the casket while helping prevent the ground from collapsing if a machine or person walks over it.
